The 9 Litre capacity of this unit is based on it’s full size(1/1) gastronorm pan. Realistically, our standard 65mm deep food pan provides ahigh yield, allowing us to serve:

60 to 70 standard buffet servings (~113g / 4 oz portions).
The large pan size is perfectly suited for chafing dish dividers (use this to maximise variety!). While often classified as a large chafing dish, this manageable depth is ideal for easy serving while maintaining precise temperature.
