This hire package is for the popcorn machine only. It does not include raw popcorn kernels, cooking oil, seasonings, butter, or serving bags/boxes.

You will need to source and supply your own ingredients to match your preferred taste and guest numbers.

What are the rules for hiring this item?

Collection & Return‍

All equipment must be collected from and returned to our Luton location.

Standard Hire Duration‍

To keep your event prep stress-free, our standard hire period covers three days.

You can collect your items the day before your event, and we ask that you return them the day after.

Deposits & Damages‍

To secure your booking, we require an upfront deposit equal to 50% of your total hire price.

If any items are returned lost, cracked, heavily scratched, or damaged, a replacement fee will simply be deducted from your deposit.

Late Returns‍

We rely on timely returns to ensure our next clients aren’t let down. If your items are returned one day late, a late fee of 50% of the hire price will be charged.

Any returns later than one day will be charged at the full daily hire rate for every additional day.

While our standard daily hire rate for the popcorn machine is £50, we offer a discounted rate of £40 per day if your event falls on a Saturday.
